How are Tutors are trained
ELITE Tuition uses the latest methods in education to deliver effective and efficient learning to our students. This is reflected in how we recruit and train our tutors.
Our tutors usually join us following extensive prior teaching experience where then they undergo many hours of training into the best teaching practises.
Many of the teaching methods used at ELITE Tuition were developed by our core team. These techniques provide early indication of how a student is performing and what intervention steps are required to ensure the top grade. These techniques takes months for even the most experienced teachers to learn.

Meet The Team
Sati Kudhal
As a highly experienced Teacher and former Examiner, Sati founded ELITE Tuition with the vision to develop the education programme to develop ANY student to reach the very top Grade, regardless of current ability or circumstance.
Through his extensive experience and educational research, Sati developed a thorough tutor training programme to ensure our tutors deliver efficient and effective education which prepares our students for the final exam.
Cham de Silva
With over 10 years of experience tutoring GCSE Mathematics, Cham is responsible for the training and development of our GCSE programmes. With many students requiring GCSE Mathematics to progress with their education, Cham recognises that each student is different and ensures our tutors have a wide range of skills to provide completely bespoke one to one tuition.
Kiera Robinson
With extensive experience teaching GCSE Mathematics and Sciences, along with A-Level Chemistry, Kiera is responsible for the training of our tutors to ensure they use highly developed teaching techniques to ensure effective learning in the sessions we deliver.
Kiera is working on adapting our learning success models to allow for other subjects to be taught with our high success rate.
Kathia Dos Santos
Kathia is the key course administrator at ELITE Tuition responsible for the efficient administration and delivery of our tutoring service. With the various new government rules regarding tuition, Kathia ensures compliant service. Clients can always find a warm and friendly person to speak to should there be any issues.
